POSTPONEMENT OF ALL CLEARING SALES
Roberts Limited has made the decision to postpone clearing sales, in all states and territories, effective close of business tomorrow, Tuesday 17 March.
We will review this decision in two weeks’ time and consider any changing circumstances. We have made this decision to ensure we comply with the Government’s moves to ban non-essential gatherings over 500 people.
We know this will be disruptive to our customers, but we must make decisions that are in the best interests of the health of our employees, our customers and the general public.
In the past few days we have seen significant events like the Grand Prix, the Sydney Royal Easter Show and the Melbourne Comedy Festival cancelled. We also have a duty to reconsider non-essential gatherings like clearing sales in order to limit the possibility for transmission of the coronavirus.
This is a rapidly changing environment and we will keep re-assessing what the appropriate measures are to keep you and our customers safe.

Strictly payment on day of auction unless prior arrangements have been made with the Roberts Limited Credit Department on 6391 6555. All intended bidders must register with photo ID on auction day. All buyers must check off lots with admin staff at conclusion of purchasing. Prior approval by conducting agent required on all outside entries. All items must be delivered to auction site 24 hours prior to start time. Items delivered after this time will not be accepted. Roberts Limited reserve the right to withdraw items from auction at any point. Please enquire prior to auction day if you are interested in a particular item.
